How can a small country be well known? By Suki Baheej There are so many people that dont know Lebanon, many especially in USA have heard the name and never thought it may have another meaning. I have been searching and i found out that there are at least 14 Cities in USA which have the name Lebanon. Here are some of them: Lebanon (Connecticut) Lebanon (Georgia) Lebanon (Illinois) Lebanon (Indiana) Lebanon (Iowa) Lebanon (Kansas) Lebanon (Kentucky) Lebanon (Maine) Lebanon (Missouri) Lebanon (Nebraska) Lebanon (New Hampshire) Lebanon (New Jersey) Lebanon (New York) Lebanon (Ohio) Lebanon (Oklahoma) Lebanon (Oregon) Lebanon (Pennsylvania) Lebanon (South Dakota) Lebanon (Tennesee) Lebanon (Virginia) Lebanon (Wiscon.) Well, all americans are able to visit lebanons witout having to cross the ocean! Does anyone have an explanation for such a thing? Isn't the name Lebanon actually related to the country itself? As far as i know Lebanon is a small country in the middle east, its only 10452 skm, its population is aprx 4.1 Million only.
